These Terms govern your use of the Tugethr app and services. By creating an account or using Tugethr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Tugethr.
- You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of your profile, and activity under it.
- You verify your identity via a phone number (OTP). Keep your device secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Post illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
- Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Use Tugethr for anything unlawful or that violates others' rights.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Meeting other players
Tugethr helps you connect with people for sports/social activities. You interact with and meet others at your own risk. We do not conduct background checks. Always use caution, meet in public, and tell someone where you're going.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Tugethr offers free and paid (Pro / Ultimate) plans. Prices and benefits are shown in the app.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew per the plan you choose until cancelled.
- Refunds/cancellations follow the policy shown at purchase and applicable law.
5. User content
You own the content you create. You grant Tugethr a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service. You're responsible for content you share; chat is end-to-end encrypted.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Tugethr is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interactions between users.
7. Termination
You may stop using Tugethr and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
